HOME MADE PIZZA DOUGH (Asian Style)
Ingredients
2 cups/400g flour
2 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon sugar
Lukewarm water
as required
2 tablespoon
oil for kneading
METHOD
Step 1: Mixing all ingredients
Gather all ingredients except warm water into clean bowl and whisk it with the assistance of whisker or fork.
Step 3: Rest your dough
Once you have done kneading conceal
the dough with a kitchen napkin or greased cling wrap and wait until to rise
and in double in size. 45 to 60 minutes is epitome for any pizza dough to rise depending
on how warm the atmosphere is.
