HOME MADE PIZZA DOUGH (Asian Style)

 




Ingredients

2 cups/400g flour

2 tablespoon Milk                         

1 teaspoon yeast                       

1 teaspoon salt                         

3 tablespoon sugar                     

Lukewarm water as required

2 tablespoon oil for kneading                     

 

 

METHOD

 

Step 1: Mixing all ingredients

Gather all ingredients except warm water into clean bowl and whisk it with the assistance of whisker or fork.


 Step 2: Adding Lukewarm water

 Let’s start pouring warm water to knead the dough until its get perfect ball. When kneading, gradually add oil or apply into your hands to avoid stickiness.

 

Step 3: Rest your dough

Once you have done kneading conceal the dough with a kitchen napkin or greased cling wrap and wait until to rise and in double in size. 45 to 60 minutes is epitome for any pizza dough to rise depending on how warm the atmosphere is.



Voila! The pizza dough you made is now ready to bake. Just add a little extra flour if the dough is still sticky when you go to roll it out. Instead of rolling the dough, I prefer to stretch it with my hands, which also helps prevent sticking. Yet, you'll be shocked by seeing how unsticky the dough is at this point.
