Pasta is a go-to weeknight meal because it's quick and easy to make, and it's a crowd-puller. Best of all, making perfect pasta is simple — here are some quick tips to get you there.
1. STOP PUTTING
OIL IN YOUR BOILING WATER OR ON PASTA
Your sauce will slide
off the noodles if you add oil to the water or to cooked pasta to prevent
sticking. You'll also get greasy pasta which will ruin your whole recipe. Here
are all the do's that you follow for perfect taste!
2. USE PLENTY OF WATER
Fill the pot with enough fresh, cold water so your pasta will expand in plenty of room and move freely. Remember for every 250g of pasta, it is recommended to use at least three litres of water.
